About

Andrew O'Neil — Founder & Senior Risk and Resilience Advisor

I've spent 15 years working across planning, emergency management, utilities, and advisory work. I help organizations make intentional decisions that hold up when conditions get tough. Now I run Operational Outcomes Advisory, helping leaders figure out where their resilience holds and where it doesn't.

I've seen what works and what doesn't. I know the difference between resilience and compliance.

Just like great communities are shaped by intentional decisions, resilience is built the same way. It shows up in the habits, choices, and routines that matter when conditions change.
